The first coins to feature King Charles III went in to production yesterday featuring the work of sculptor Martin Jennings. Martin was kind enough to let me in to his Oxfordshire studio back in 2014 while he was working on the Mary Seacole statue which now stands outside St Thomas’s Hospital on the South Bank. The armature can be seen looming large in the background.
